These classes focus on keeping students moving and shaking with some basic bellydance moves and fun combinations, while toning and strengthening the core muscle groups – abs, glutes, and thighs. These low-impact aerobics-type classes are beginner-level classes, designed so that anyone can drop in at anytime and be dancing by the end of class, even if you’ve never taken a dance class in your life!
